The Ayurveda centre at SWAN Yoga Retreat in Assagao offers consultations with an Ayurvedic doctor and a long menu of treatments. These include Abhyanga, Marma massage, Shirodhara, Kizhi (herbal poultice), Indian head massage and reflexology, plus longer combined packages. Most treatments last 45 minutes. You book through the retreat's enquiry form or on WhatsApp, and the retreat is open October to May.
