על השירות
Purple Valley is an established Ashtanga yoga retreat centre in Assagao. It runs two-week and one-month residential retreats with visiting senior teachers through the 2026-27 season, including John Scott, Ty Landrum, Laruga Glaser and David Robson. Most retreats are built around daily Mysore-style practice with pranayama, meditation and restorative sessions. These are booked courses rather than drop-in classes, and enquiries go by email.
