About

Local cooks from the De La Gente community in San Miguel Escobar teach you to make pepián, plantain mole and handmade tortillas on a wood-fired stove, with a welcome coffee to start. The class lasts about 3 to 3.5 hours and ends with the group eating together. Transport from Antigua is included. It can be combined with the coffee tour on the same day.
