SWAN Yoga Retreat in Assagao runs drop-in classical Hatha yoga classes in the Sivananda/Satyananda (Bihar School) tradition for visitors who are not staying there. There is a morning and an afternoon class on most days. Friday is a rest day, and on Tuesday there is only the afternoon class. The retreat is open October to May. It asks you to confirm times in advance and recommends bringing your own mat.
