AUM is a sound healing centre in Wang Takien, inland from Sri Thanu. It runs a daily programme of Hatha or Kundalini yoga, gentle and Reiki sound healing, breathwork, and evening gong and singing-bowl sessions, and it has a sauna and ice bath. On Thursday evenings AUM Day brings sound healing with drums and didgeridoo, sauna rounds, tea, a music jam, mantra chanting and a closing gong meditation.
