Ruban is a traditional Ashtanga and Hatha teacher from Tiruvannamalai who has taught in Palolem for about twenty years. His centre near Palolem Beach hosts 5- and 7-day yoga and Ayurveda stays in eco wooden huts, with a bamboo-walled yoga studio. Bookings run from November to May.
