Senses runs daily yoga classes and special workshops in a jungle shala at Midigama Fruit Farm, and you book them online. You can buy single classes, class packs or weekly and monthly unlimited passes, and holders of a Sri Lankan NIC pay by donation. Ask on WhatsApp to confirm times, since reception hours vary.
