La Loma Linda, a small bungalow hotel in the hills above Playa Zipolite, holds a restorative yoga class in its wooden teaching hall, which fits about 20 people. Teacher Izaskun Casanova is Yoga Alliance certified, has lived on the Oaxaca coast for about 20 years and focuses on the therapeutic side of yoga. Feldenkrais sessions and retreats are also offered.
