De La Gente is a non-profit coffee cooperative whose member farmers lead small groups through their plots at the foot of Volcán de Agua. The tour covers how coffee is grown, picked, processed and roasted. A shuttle runs to and from a meeting point in Antigua, and the whole trip takes 3.5 to 4 hours.
