Blue Deep Diving has run a dive centre in Hikkaduwa since 1995, from November to April, and moves to Trincomalee for the rest of the year. It is a PADI dive resort teaching Discover Scuba Diving through Divemaster and EFR, in small groups, with instruction in English, Russian and French. Fun dives go to local reef, deep and wreck sites.
