8 Day Stress Relief, Somatic, Yoga & Adventure Retreat (November)

A week-long retreat at Soma Living in Hiriketiya, led by Lara Sophie Petter, that focuses on calming the nervous system. It includes sunrise, yin and Ashtanga-style yoga, somatics, breathwork, sound healing, an Ayurveda workshop and a Sri Lankan cooking class. There are also a surf lesson, kayaking, hikes and a temple visit.
