UnFold: Women's Yoga & Embodiment Retreat

Description

A retreat for women in Antigua that combines daily yoga, meditation, breathwork and coaching sessions to help participants slow down and reconnect with themselves. The week also includes a guided hike, a natural-dye workshop, a fire ceremony, massage, and sauna with cold plunge. Guests stay six nights at Casa Donya with two vegetarian meals a day.
